Kyle White
Kyle has worked in the fitness industry for over 11 years as a certified personal trainer in Phoenix, AZ and Upstate New York. During that time, Kyle has helped people of all ages and ability levels improve their overall health and well-being through progressive means. Kyle is NASM certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and in FMS (Functional Movement Screen). His training philosophy is “Know your weaknesses and continue to challenge them.”
Elizabeth Mowatt
Elizabeth has her associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from Broome Community College and is currently the office manager of McCune and Murphy's Dryden location. She is a lifelong athlete and has most recently been a Crossfit participant. Lizzy is active in several local endurance challenges and has participated in Tough Mudders, Spartan Races, the Great Race, and Women's Swimmin'. Her diverse background and love of exercise will ensure she designs a challenging workout for you.
